Cancellation policy
Some items in our store may be offered to you as a pre-order. This cancellation policy sets out how you can change or cancel this kind of purchase.
Pre-orders
When you purchase a pre-order, you are buying a product that is not yet in inventory. We take full payment at checkout and fulfil your order once the product is available.
You can cancel a pre-order for a full refund at any time before it enters production. Because our coffee is roasted to order, once roasting has begun the order is made to your order and cannot be cancelled for change of mind. Once the order has shipped, it cannot be cancelled or returned for change of mind.
This does not affect your rights where items arrive damaged, incorrect, or faulty. See our returns policy for more details on returns and refunds.
