Small-batch coffee, roasted to order. Because we’re a tiny roastery, we work on a weekly pre-order cycle. Orders open Sundays at 12:00, are roasted the following weekend, and dispatched on Monday or Tuesday. This helps us manage demand fairly while ensuring every coffee is as fresh as possible.
