Our roasters for August are the following:
- Monogram from Calgary in Canada with a new decaf by Wilton Benitez! We have already featured his red bourbon and this castillo versions but this one is an anaerobic process Colombia. Roasted for filter expect notes of rose, peach, and orange. You could mistake this one for a Gesha!
- Our next coffee is from German based Suedseite who will be providing us with a super fresh washed
- Pink Bourbon from Jhoan Vergara with taste notes of bergamot, lavender, and honey. First time featuring a German roaster!
- Hatch from Canada with one of the most unique decafs of the year. They're the only place apart from Decaf Before Death sourcing and roasting this delicious Ombligon decaf by Nestor Lasso. Anaerobic natural with notes of strawberry, cherry, chocolate, and red wine. It tastes like a less funky version of the regular version and it's one of our favourites.

- Switzerland! We have Ojo de Café with a fruity funky decaf by Jairo Arcila! Notes of
- raspberry, passionfruit, and strawberry by one of Colombia's legendary producers.

Decaf coffee is often overlooked by most roasters, but not at Decaf Before Death! This is hands down the best decaf collection I've tried—some of these are even better than many caffeinated coffees. I really enjoyed all four coffees in the first (February) drop and I'm looking forward to the May box!
Received by Discovery Box some time back and only just managed to try one coffee after the required rest time. The one I tried was the El Paraiso thermal shock decaf. It was AMAZING. What a start to hopefully a long subscription!
I’ve been drinking decaf for a long time, and the flavors I’ve experienced with this Discovery Box are top-notch. I’ve never tried a decaf like this before. The 'Hydrangea' blend, in particular, has such a rich and unique flavor—it’s truly exceptional.
In addition to the coffee, you also receive detailed instructions and fun stickers, which really enhance the overall experience. Highly recommended!
