This anaerobic natural processed decaf comes from the renowned El Vergel estate in Colombia's Tolima region. Produced by brothers Elias and Shady Bayter, this coffee undergoes controlled anaerobic fermentation before EA decaffeination, delivering notes of red apple, fudge, and yellow plum.
