About Pink Bourbon

Contrary to popular belief, Pink Bourbon isn't a hybrid of red and yellow varieties, it's actually an Ethiopian heirloom variety. Prized for its finesse and aromatic complexity, it's relatively rare due to lower yields and disease susceptibility, making this comparative set particularly special.

Processing & Origin

These coffees come from smallholder producers in Villamaria, Colombia, grown at 1800m altitude. The decaffeinated versions use the EA sugarcane method by Descafecol in Colombia, keeping the entire process local whilst maintaining economic activity in the origin country. All coffees are roasted to a medium-light profile to highlight their distinct characteristics.
