Sebastian Ramirez is one of our favourite producers. Since trying his decaf co-ferment a few years ago we've been hooked! The latest iteration is no exception! If you're into fruity decaf don't miss this one.

About the roaster
PANTHER'S EYE ROASTING COMPANY started in 2010. It quickly became clear they needed a shorter name. Luckily, the acronym PERC worked out! Their mission is to share good times and awesome coffee with their customers at every step of the journey. They source the world's most colourful coffees and roast them in a way to maximise the sweetness and varietal character of each coffee.
This month PERC provide us with two coffees, their Wilton Benitez decaf for our premium sub and their Colombian EA decaf for the classical one!
